Pre-live status

The website currently accepts inquiries only. No deposit or booking is accepted until Tiguert Surf Guide confirms its business, insurance, accommodation, food, transport, and payment arrangements.

Working payment terms

• The planned price is 800 EUR per guest for seven nights.
• A 50% deposit is planned at written confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 working hours before the start of the stay.

Working cancellation terms

• More than seven days before arrival: a full refund of amounts paid is planned.
• Within seven days: only recoverable amounts are refundable. Documented non-refundable costs already committed for accommodation, food, restaurants, transport, transfers, or partners may be deducted.
• Late arrival, no-show, and early departure require separate written rules before launch.

Weather and surf conditions

Waves and a specific surf spot are not guaranteed. The guide may change the spot, timing, or activity for safety and conditions. When an alternative activity is proposed, tickets, meals, admission fees, and personal expenses are paid by the guest. This does not automatically create a refund.

Validation before launch

These working terms must be reviewed against applicable consumer, accommodation, tourism, tax, insurance, and payment requirements before Tiguert Surf Guide accepts money or confirms a stay.
