Where is the guesthouse?

The guesthouse is in Awrir, a typical Moroccan village near the Taghazout and Agadir surf area. K12 is approximately 750 m away, around ten minutes on foot. The exact location is shared publicly at the owner's request.

Who is the weekly stay for?

Accepted Answer

The stay is designed for intermediate and advanced surfers, including couples where one person surfs. Complete beginners are not currently accepted. Non-surfing guests can join at the same per-person price.

Question 3

What is included in the 800 EUR price?

Accepted Answer

The 800 EUR price is per guest for seven nights. It includes accommodation, breakfast, six local restaurant dinners served at the house, one selected restaurant dinner, a daily coolbox, daily local transport, and owner-led surf guiding. The written EUR confirmation controls.

Are boards and wetsuits included?

No. Guests must bring their own board and wetsuit or arrange rental separately with a local supplier. Tiguert Surf Guide can share rental options, but equipment is not included in the stay price.

Question 5

Are two surf sessions guaranteed every day?

Accepted Answer

Full surf days are planned around two guided sessions of approximately two hours or more. On the arrival day, a session is possible when you arrive before 9:00 a.m. There is no session on the departure morning. Conditions and safety always control the final plan.

Question 6

What happens when the surf is unsafe or flat?

The guide may move to another suitable spot, change the timing, or suggest a local alternative such as Agadir, the Sunday souk, Paradise Valley, or another cultural activity. Tickets, meals, admission fees, and personal expenses for alternatives are paid by the guest.

What food is included?

Breakfast is served every morning. Six dinners come from local restaurants and are served at the house, generally as a buffet with tagines and salads. One evening is at a restaurant selected by Tiguert Surf Guide. The standard coolbox includes two sandwiches, fruit, and a Coke or similar drink. Additional food, drinks, snacks, and bottled water are paid by guests.

Can you guarantee allergy-safe meals?

No. Dietary requirements and allergies must be declared, but severe allergies cannot currently be guaranteed. The team will explain what suppliers can and cannot confirm before any future booking.

How many guests can stay?

Accepted Answer

The guesthouse has two private bedrooms with two beds each and one shared bathroom. Beds can be reserved individually, while a couple may reserve a room. The Kia Soul normally operates most comfortably with up to three guests; groups of four may require a larger vehicle or reduced comfort.

Question 10

Is airport transfer included?

Accepted Answer

No. Airport transfer is an optional premium add-on for arrival and departure between Agadir Al Massira Airport and Awrir. The distance is approximately 40 km and the price is confirmed separately.

Question 11

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

The working terms are a 50% deposit, with the balance due no later than 48 working hours before the stay. Cancellation more than seven days before arrival is planned as a full refund. Within seven days, only recoverable amounts are refundable after documented non-refundable costs. Final terms require professional validation.

Not yet. This is a pre-live website. You can send an inquiry by WhatsApp, but availability is not open, no deposit is accepted, and no booking is confirmed until the business, insurance, and operating arrangements are ready.
