Terms and Conditions
Working terms for inquiries about the Awrir Surf Stay and one-day surf guiding. They are not final booking terms while the service is pre-live.

Service status
Tiguert Surf Guide is not currently open for bookings. A form or WhatsApp message is an inquiry only. No deposit is accepted and no service is confirmed from this website.
Future weekly stay
The planned weekly offer is 800 EUR per guest for seven nights in Awrir. It includes accommodation, breakfast, six local restaurant dinners served at the house, one selected restaurant dinner, a daily coolbox, daily local surf transport, and owner-led surf guiding.
Experience and equipment
The service is designed for intermediate and advanced surfers. Complete beginners are not currently accepted. Surfboards and wetsuits are not included. Guests must bring their own equipment or arrange rental separately with a local supplier.
Conditions and safety
Surf plans depend on swell, wind, tide, access, weather, safety, and ability. Waves and a specific spot are not guaranteed. The guide may change the location, timing, or activity. Guests must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant health, swimming, mobility, or injury information.
Food and dietary requirements
Dietary requirements and allergies must be declared. Severe allergies cannot currently be guaranteed safe. Additional food, drinks, snacks, and bottled water are paid by guests. Alternative activities may involve tickets, meals, admission fees, or personal expenses paid by guests.
Transport and capacity
The Kia Soul normally operates most comfortably with up to three guests, the guide, luggage, and surfboards. A larger vehicle or reduced comfort may be required for four guests. The final transport arrangement must be confirmed before any future booking.
Legal and insurance validation
Business registration, accommodation permissions, taxes, liability insurance, surf-guiding cover, passenger transport cover, food responsibilities, payment processing, and applicable consumer requirements must be verified before launch. No license, certification, insurance coverage, or partner relationship is claimed unless confirmed in writing.
