During the pre-live phase, information is intended to be used to respond to inquiries, assess whether the Awrir experience fits the group, prepare future proposals, and communicate through WhatsApp or the official email address. No booking or payment is currently accepted.
Health and safety information
Only share information relevant to trip planning. Health, allergy, and safety information should be limited to what is relevant, protected appropriately, and not kept longer than necessary. Severe allergies cannot currently be guaranteed safe by the service.
Service providers and partners
Information may be shared with a selected supplier only when needed to answer an inquiry and subject to appropriate confirmation and safeguards. Equipment suppliers, restaurants, transport providers, and future partners may have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and marketing
Analytics and advertising tools are not active by default. If added, this policy and the site's consent controls must be updated before tracking begins.
Retention and rights
Retention periods and data rights must be finalized according to applicable law before launch. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the business through WhatsApp or the official email.
